For peptides, HPLC purity is usually area percent: the area of the target peak divided by the sum of all peak areas, times 100. That figure is relative to what the detector can see at the chosen wavelength. It is not the same as net peptide content. See HPLC analysis explained.

Product and lot identity, the method (column, mobile phase, detector), the chromatogram itself, mass-spectrometry identity when used, the issuing laboratory, and the analysis date. A number with no chromatogram or lab attribution is not a complete report. See testing transparency.

A COA issued by an analytical laboratory that is operationally independent of the supplier. Independence reduces the conflict of interest in self-reported in-house QC. Match any published report to the lot on your vial in the documentation hub.
